Verizon New IP without changging MAC + old device
 

Hi every one,

My account was banned and I am opening new account.

I am using Verizon as ISP. Turning of the Router will help to get new IP. Is it good enough? Do I need to change the MAC as well?

Also, can I use my old device after cleaning all the cookies? Does Paypal also blacklist device?

Well....as long as you follow the rest of stealth rules.


If you can change your IP by turning off/on router, No.

Ebay/PP can't see what your device is, it's best to use a new User Account.

Um…..My experience is, Paypal now blacklist device/PC, and change IP only without changing MAC is not working.

I did 3 tests after my real IP at home was blacklist.

A. New IP , same MAC, same PC, it doesn’t work.

B. New IP, same MAC, new PC, it doesn’t work.

C. NEW IP, NEW ROUTER, NEW MODEM, NEW PC, and it work.


That’s the results of my test, would like to confirm with other members.

Just so you know, At no moment now or before, can PayPal ban based on MAC address because PayPal, Ebay, or Amazon can see your MAC address.

The only way They can see your MAC address is if you use a Tablet, Phone + their App.

There is no need for new Router, New PC, New Modem....that's just a waste. If you want to be safe, you can always go with VMWare + VPN (Good one)....should work just fine.
