what does ip address have to do with a stealth account?
 

I'm new here and been reading the posts for a while. I need a US stealth account with a matching paypal. My question is, how do IP address work with all this i mean i assume that with the stealth account, i shouldn't log in to that one with the same account as my other ebay accounts, in order to avoid getting linked. But how do i achieve logging in from a new ip? and also, I plan to use my stealth account with inkfrog. It is very important that ebay doesn't link my stealth account, with any other of my other accounts which i manage together in inkfrog, is it possible?

by sending it to my original paypal. I'm not banned in paypal. So would be a paypal to paypal transfer, right?

If I only plan to have 1 stealth account can i just request my internet provider to give me a new IP, and use a new router and new computer?

You can't just "request"...do you have a dynamic IP provider? Does your IP change if you turn the modem on/off? You can look for alternative sources of IP as well

Is your internet provider only offers static IPs? Much better if you get the dynamic IP plan. Then you can just turn-off/on or restart your modem/router then you can have a new IP to be used for your stealth account.
