Why hotspot? If restart the router is good enough

Thanks for let me know restart the router and get new IP will be good enough for stealth account.

I know lots of people use hotspot for stealth as well.

Just curious, if restart the router to get new ip is good enough, why people still need to pay for hotspot?

Is there any difference between residential IP from home internet AND hotspot?

Resetting the router isn’t always enough. IP can be sticky sometimes or limited in range.

Dongles are also usually faster to reset
