User account on mac & ip address

I use user accounts on mac and switch user from one to an other when needed.

1. My question is do I need to log out from one user account first before I go to the next OR I can just switch user without log out

2. Do I need to change ip address before I switch to next user account or ip needs changing before I actually lon in to ebay and pp account

1. You can just switch user and leave the other logged in. Make sure you close the ebay and pp browsers though
2. You just need to change the IP before you browse on ebay or PP, thats all
