On talk talk broadband in the UK with a belkin router looking to change IP

Need some help.

I want to create 4 stealth accounts and I've got most of the boxes covered just this ip thing is getting me stuck.

Now ive been using hideu.eu for a few days and i check whatismyip with it and without it and its changed :) but im not sure if its through a proxy..

im guessing so..

so how do I change my ip?
