IPburger problem downloading profile

Hi,
Im trying to download the profile for my private IP on IP burger and it wont work. I am getting the following error when I click the "download vpn profile" button on the website:

I have tried different browsers and different computers. Any idea on how to configure this manually? I have already submitted a ticket but have yet to hear back.

Mine is also doing this now I opened a ticket about 2 hours ago glad I’m not the only one they might just be having problems because mine was working earlier today maybe tomorrow it will work let me know if you find out anything.

One of there servers is down they are working on it now
