Change a WiFi connection from static to dynamic

Hello I am looking how to change a static IP address to a dynamic ,so that everytime a disconnect and connect the WiFi from my computer the IP will change
The type of internet connection in question is an hotel wifi and I am not able to have access to the router

Nope, there's no way you can change that without accessing the wifi's router (the control panel), or contacting the internet provider if your 'subscription plan' allows you to change to dynamic ip.
