VPN to Hotspot

I am planning on getting a brand new Laptop with a fresh dedicated VPN. In the near future, if I change from that VPN to a brand new Hotspot, will I have any issues?

You won't have any issues if that hostpot is also dedicated to that account, and you build history first on that new hotspot before you sell/buy anything.
