changing IP address before creating paypal account too?

I know that you have to change your IP address before opening a new ebay account, but do you have to do that before opening a new paypal account, or can I just do that normally? Couldn't find this in the guide. Thanks in advance for any help with this!

Same advice applies. But since you'll have the IP address changed when you do ebay, it's pretty much a foregone conclusion that UNLESS you change it back, it would remain changed while you do the Paypal.

Its good to have Ebay/PayPal pair on the same IP, and I heard its even better to open PayPal first and than Ebay, after a month or so... Aparently, such accounts are less exposed to limitations.

can anyone help me with this---can I print shipping labels from paypal on my regular IP, or does it have to be a stealth IP?

Whenever it asks you to log in to do something, it's time to be very careful, make sure you have the correct IP address.
