I use HughesNet Do I Need VPN for Stealth?
 

I'm trying to open an Ets.y Stealth account. I live in the country and have to use HughesNet for my ISP. I know the IP changes, but I don't know what IP address was used when my store was banned.

Should I use a VPN from IPBurger so I don't accidentally log in with an IP from the banned account?

Also I read that I should have an IP within 50 miles of my address, but noticed when I look up my IP location it's in a completely different part of the U.S. every time ( one time says Texas, another will say Florida) - So does that really matter?
