Vpn or iPhone hotspot

Wanting to create some new stealths looking to get some high limits if my hotspot up says I’m in Washington should I pick an adress in Washington or can anywere in the us work like I said wanting to make decent limit accounts do it matter that much?

Nope, it doesn't necessarily you're really near to that location/address you wanted.
My ISP is giving me an IP about an hour ride from a Plane from my exact location.
As long as you're in the same country with the IP and address you have, that's more than enough. :thumb:
