IP address from the same provider
 

I have access to my grandmother's address and internet. She lives right next to me, my address is (not really) 1393 Oasis Rd and hers is 1389 Oasis Rd. We have the same internet provider but we both have our own subscription. Would this through a red flag to paypal or ebay, if I were to use her internet connection or address? I know that this area has a specific IP address range from our provider.

Nope just check and make sure the ip adress is different and your golden buddy

In the past, way over a year ago, she had an ebay and paypal account. But, those have since been closed. Am I still safe?

Any account you use from her location with her address will be linked to those accounts. Assuming those accounts never had any issues that shouldn't be a problem.

Is she has a dynamic IP, there should be any problem with linkage. Best of luck!

Her Paypal account may be closed,but PAYPAL never delete her account,it is still there
