Old Phone Hotspot + User Account

Hey everyone I have an iphone with a sim in it that has accessed a limited and banned paypal through the app and browser, would using a hotspot from this device with a user account flag my stealth account? Or would I need to get a sim? Verizon sim by the way

Delete the app then it’s fine to use as a hotspot for another device

Awesome, and one more thing, adding a prepaid reloadable debit card under the name of the stealth account should not raise any flags right?

you can add a prepaid card to the PayPal or an ebay just make sure to never reuse a card you have used on a different account on a ew one that would link the accounts together.
