IP Address confusion need clarification
 

So I use hide my ass vpn and its not great but using it for non ebay stealth. But if I were to use it for ebay stealth it will be bad due to lot of blacklisted ip address. So it's my understanding having a dynamic ip has a special ip address that no one has and this will be constant correct?

I read somewhere hidemybutt is good that is like 9$ a month or 4$ per year. Is anyone use this or any recommendation you guys have?

back to dynamic ip (is it also called static ip? ) so if i go to any wifi public (or even mine) it will always show same ip right? And i can only obtain this through service as there is no free ip address..

don't use hide my ass use a high quality vpn like ipburger there ips aren't blacklisted by ebay and papal and they offer fresh never used ips so you can connect to the same fresh never used ip that never changes and will only be used by you its worth every penny.

thanks . i will look into this. But if you have let say 10 stealth accounts, that means you'll need 10 separate ipburger accounts as well? if yes is there any bulk discount

Don't use HMA or any large, popular commercial VPN service. Nearly all of them are well known to eBay and PayPal and blacklisted.

IPBurger, as an example is using IP space (ranges) that have not been previously assigned, nor shared with others. Another option is to use a portable wifi router from one of the major mobile carriers. They have vast IP address pools, but you still need to keep track of which IP's you use for any given account to prevent overlap if you are running many accounts.

The nice thing about IPBurger is you can have a separate dedicated IP for each account that stays the same.

so after someone stops using ip burger. ip burger will take that ip and never use it again and put it in there never use database?

They will transfer it over to a dedicated ip that is cheaper but yes the fresh ip plan is new never used and only you will have access to it if your interested I have a 20% promo code just pm me and you can get bulk discounts for anything over 3 dedicated ips
