still confused ?
 

I just had my ipburger fresh ip address changed with the company and they wrote me this message...(What people do is access the account in the usual way with the original user account on the computer specific to that
account) and login using the new VPN. They make no changes or withdraw to the account and they logout. They wait until the next day to use the VPN again and then they do whatever they need to do. They have at least 1 day of logging into the account without making any changes and wait 24 hours before they do anything with the account.

Can other members please explain this in laymen terms. I have one eBay account and i cannot jeopardize this account. Thank you

Login to you Ebay and PayPal from your new IP, just browse them both DON’T try to make any account changes or withdraw money. Just click around on PayPal and browse products on eBay.

The next day you can carry on as normal

Thank you. another question. should i logout and then sign back in within the 24 hour period? sorry for being so anal. this is my only account and i cant have it restricted. ;-)

Yes login and out as much as you want your goal is to just build new cookies with your new ip so ebay and Paypal get comfortable with it
