three IP pool
 

Hey i was wondering if i got a new three sim would the IP pool be different to my current one? Also what would happen if i had an ebay account closed whilst using a three IP, does that mean i can never use it again?

The IP pool with one ISP will be the same

If you want a new IP pool you would need to use a new ISP

so lets say i use one IP and then my account gets closed on that. I cant use that one again right?

You should not be worried with regards to the IPs.
As long as you're not using the exact-same IP with the suspended account - you';re good and still safe. Always take note the IPs you're connecting to.

Ips don't matter to much is this day and age just try your best to try your best not to overlap the ip your using on another account with your new one but it happens important thing is your cookies along as there separate ip has little impact since cell phones ips change constantly and are abused or overused daily.

Just Make Sure Your New Account Is Unique
When It Comes To Manual Review They Will Consider The Ip
