I was running ipBurger when i came across this site. (Cycle Trader). this was there message:

You're using a VPN or privacy software often used by attackers
You're a power user moving through this website with super-human speed
After completing the CAPTCHA below, you will immediately regain access

Now will eBay and Amazon or Paypal ever redflag us because they think we are a bot. they state VPN software is used by Attackers? lol i dont want to laugh. but dam i almost fell out of my chair! I just dont want the sites we login to make money to block us. any ideas guys? really appreciate all the help here. Thanks a MILLION :)

no ha your fine a lot of legit reasons why people use vpns a lot more then just stealthiers use a vpn.

I had such situatuion when some site decline to accept payment.
Seems they prefer residential IP over DC.
Its still arguing question Which is better DC or residential one ?>

Residential IP's are obviously better but they aren't worth the extra expense, at least not at this point on eB and PP. eB and PP are fully aware of VPN usage - they're permitting it for the time being.

Yup yup Paypal can see your using a vpn but they don’t seem to care and vpn is the most convenient way to go.

"...but they don't seem to care..." - a lot can depend on the activity being conducted to rather than only IP...of course if VPN source is blacklisted or known public-abused...then it could factor in heavily.

No I didn't mean about ipburger - I just meant about the generalized comment about paypal not seeming to care about using a vpn...not ipburger specifically
