Reliable IP geolocation?

Does anyone know of a reliable geolocation website for cross referencing IP addresses? I have been using https://www.maxmind.com/en/geoip-demo and https://www.ip2location.com/demo/ but the results aren't always congruent. Any ideas?

I use whoer.net primarily so I can see DNS info when using international accounts. It shows location too which I use to make sure all of my VM's are set to the correct time zone.

Only option I know of but there are dozens of others designed specifically for IP geolocation.

How come you can say that https://www.maxmind.com/en/geoip-demo does not show correct result ??
I always use this and would like to know your input.

there are multiple GEOIP Databases. Results are mixed. ISP/Data centers have to submit a form to get the info updated. It appears rare that they submit to all databases so there are usually mixed location results depending on where you check.
