You better go very slow and careful with Datacenter (VPN also is just Datacenter most times)

You can get single residential IPs for as low as 10€ a month and the speed is like native without proxy, really can't complain over here :)

Luminati is fkn expensive if you need less than 100 IPs at once, if you want residential you START at around 500€, for 100 Proxies thats a great price tho if you need em.

Residential is best and still cheaper than the "fresh" VPN (which btw isn't "fresh and unused" at all, google IPV4 shortage for details).

Residential IP's score much better on PayPal's security system, no doubt.

In fact, it's extremely easy for most any financial site or bank to tell you are using a datacenter based IP address. It's like night & day to them.

Obviously most normal users don't access their accounts from a datacenter IP. That's abnormal, and PayPal knows that.

Services like Luminati are extremely expensive, their lowest cost plan starts at $500 per month, and it's usage based. There are a few lower cost options, but I am reluctant to mention them here for fear they will be blacklisted soon. I know that PP reads these forums and takes notes. ;)

There is so much ignorance on this forum it literally feels like purposeful misinformation at this point.

I have Luminati. It doesn't cost $500 per month but it is very expensive.

Luminati doesn't run a botnet it runs a free VPN service called HOLA. This is how they sell their "Rotating, residential IP's".

Luminati isn't worth it for account management, it's too expensive.

If you want residential proxies in multiple cities that HAVE NOT been spammed to hell then you're **** out of luck.

Use 4G/create your own.
