Another IP address question..

If the IP address is not in the same country you are registered on eBay they can ask easily for verification?
If you have for example eBay registered in France and move around Europe there is less chance they may check and ask for verification than if instead you move in another continent.?so If you are in nearby location most of the time never mind?

Having your IP not match the US state your account is in, and having your IP not match the country your account is in, are two totally different animals.

If you work from multiple countries it's really best to have some kind of static IP based in the country of your account. If you work in multiple US states there's no problem with logging in with an out of state IP.

Cookies also play a part when logging in via different countries. Example, I have Canadian accounts that come with me to the US and regularly use US IP without issue

Yes I am using the same pc with each user so the cookies will be there
