Shared server to manage multiple eBay account?
 

Is it safe to use a shared server with dynamic IP address to manage the eBay accounts?

If you must use a hosted service, I'd suggest you go for dedicated even if you opt for lower specs to save costs.
When you say dynamic IP addresses, are these also shared by other users of the server or are they from a pool that is dedicated to you?

Either way, I see both options as a problem.

The same provider offering you shared should have a dedicated option.
Whether those IPs will be a good thing is another matter entirely.

Dedicated or not, it is still the luck of the draw as those IPs may have an extensive history going places - even eBay / PayPal in the past.

I should like to think you have safer options:

A) Data sims
B) VPNs - You can purchase it here on the forum.
