Best IP proxy addresse to use for open new accounts on Laptop with accounts suspended
 

Hi Guys,
i need a suggest from you please if you can help me with it, i'm not a Profissional on IT, 'im a standard user of LAPTOP and internet, so i need your help to open new account on my computer ( This one have an suspended accounts history on it), so i need your help to back to ebay guys.
i will do this steps and i want to know if they are correct to do that to open new account:
- Change the mac addresse of my computer.
- Open new User on my computer.
- Buy a Dedicated IP Address from IP burger.
- Set up my Mozila firefox portable with proxy details.
i don't know if this is enough or not, BUT i have a question i must buy an VPS and use that Dedicated IP Address on that proxy to be more safe not be detected buy ebay and paypal??
Please guys help with this??

Ya just uses new user account and an ipburger ip

And for The IP Addresse what i should take Fresh one or Dedicated IP from burger??

you think that work on MAC? new users works fine just with IP, are you doing that? I ask because I have some troubles with MAC users accounts with different IP, different phone number etc..
