Is the support for IPburrger still working?
My connection always fails to fetch although trying in different ways. My ticket is over 24 hours and still not receive the result.
The supporter is always busy. It's a bad experience. My business was frozen for 2 days because of that.

Well, 24 hours ago was Sunday... people generally don't work on Sunday's .

Their support is good and they never not reply after 2 days.

Hello,

I'm confused it's the first time happens, i got a couple of IP from IPBurger and that's the first time.

So i have a UK Fresh IP, for some reasons i have to change the IP (cost 10usd)

When i checked in a couple of websites to check what is the location on my ip it's shows France OVH, in other websites it's fine shows UK.

I have asked the support and they convince that's fine, but I'm afraid to create a new eBay acc with this IP, kindly check the screenshots below

Now ip burger cannot working,
i did get many difficult with support, they never support anything.
only said: we will send to technical team and feddback " . but never get feedback or not clear to handle problem.
i still trying connect them to finished my invoice and if conitnue like this, i will change to other service.

why residential plans are so expensive? can the fresh work without problems?

Banks? THey work fine.

For account creation I prefer residential.
For management VPN fresh and dedicated is good enough.

started using ipburger today and having lot of problems
failed to fetch
and when I get lucky to connect i always get same ip even I'm using residential plan with rotating ips, support can only tell you that the technical team is working on it
and after asking for refund the answer was sorry we don't offer refund

Do you have any issues with your ISP on any other pages, loading slow, etc?
I know I have had a few times where they were down for a period of time. It might be one of those situations.
I have used the USA Fresh ISP for at least 3 years now without any trouble other than when my internet is having issues or the few times ipburger might be down for some reason.

IPBurger Resindential Proxy sticky IP option doesn't work on Brave browser sadly.
It's rotating constantly, if someone knows how to fix this it would be much appreciate it!
