GMAIL and PayPal and same PC

Hi. I have 2 Paypal accounts. If I open the first gmail account on my PC linked to the first paypal account and then open the second gmail account linked to another paypal account but without logging into Paypal, just to check the mail. Are the accounts linked in any way and I am at risk of banning? Is there a way for PayPal to track my IP if I only open the email from the other PayPal on the same PC?
