Using 4 or more stealth accounts
 

I'm thinking getting 4 or more stealth accounts. I will get 4 different hard drives and boot windows on them, acting as 4 different PCs.
But what about IP? do i need to pay 4 different VPN ?

You don't need to do that.
A separate windows user account for each one of those is more than enough. No need to waste your money.
As for the IPs - you can get a separate IP address set up for each one of those easily enough. Research the provider in the service sellers section (such as IPburger) for more info on this.

You could look at running virtual computers to manage the different accounts and a mobile internet dongle for your IP addresses

Don't need to do any of that ... portable browsers. Job done.

I err on safest side, I do use multiple VPN for my own accounts.

I don't mess around with amazon.
