I use 4g internet and have registered my paypal with a new ip addressa 4g and also filled in my bank account. after that I left the iphone on all night with 4g on but I get another ip

my question is,

does it also work if I confirm the deposits on different ip addresses?

not a big deal . they already have your browser fingerprint . however next time make sure you don't delete your browser cookies

okay,i have now (with different ip adress when registred by paypal),bankdeposit confirmed.
first i have deleted cookies, i use safari on iphone
but i get this message
