IP address for new Amazon account

So I currently use UltraVPN and am considering switching to IPBurger's dedicated or Fresh IP. I assume a Dedicated IP from IPBurger is more than adequate for an Amazon seller account? I know with a Fresh IP you get one that has never been used but they both claim to work at keeping Amazon's "private eyes" from watching you. Since I used UltraVPN to submit my verification documents for my new account will it now be a problem to switch to IPBurger?

It will not be a problem if you keep the browser history, and cookies intact
Just give a few days of normal browsing, after you do the listing, etc.
