Anyone have experience with static IP?

Hey,

I purchased a fresh static ip but I don't know how can manage that per user account in windows instead dynamic ip for my new stealth eBay account?

Also, How can I connect to this IP only if I am using any public or net cafe network?

IP from a VPN or Proxies?
You need a working internet connection to be able to connect to that 'IP'.

IP from the network provider, they offer additional fresh static IP beside dynamic one

I have business internet with Virgin Media and they can provide additional static IP addresses, will they work as proxies? Could I assign the details into multiple firefox instances or into multiple ghost browser profiles?
