24vc not connecting help
 

Hello everyone.


I have purchased a 24vc service today for eBay and that service is hard to connect to ipburger was a lot easier I messaged the 24vc support team and all they just sent me a link to follow and it doesn’t make any sense to me.


If I ask for a refund and tell them the reason will they refund me? I’m thinking of going back to ipburger as it’s much easier to turn on.

You'd have to ask them.

A prorated refund is probably the best you can hope for but if it were me, I wouldn't even offer that, since you've already used the IP. They'll probably just reassign it but that would go against their "fresh dedicated IP" business model.

I have got it up and running by telling them to come on teamviewer and helping me out. But now I’m getting one more issue with the eBay account this message keeps popping up when I login to my account....

Yeah that's normal during the holidays, even when your not connected to a V P N that message could pop up sometimes, cause ebay heightens security during this time of year

I've had the "please verify yourself" messages for the past 5 months or so on all of my accounts that use VPN's.

I wouldn't sweat it since it hasn't impacted anything negatively.

I think it will keep on happening with this 24vc service if u are using it too lol.


My brother is using ipburger service on his iPad for eBay too and he never gets it I think it’s just the 24vc service ain’t good enough.

Not related to 24vc, same threads have popped up from ipburger customers regarding captcha issue, its just the increase in ebay security during the holidays but nothing new happens every year
