Hello, first time poster.

Happy to see many very informational posts in the forum.

My question was about AT&T DSL IP. I tried using the search option but came up empty.

My IP ADSL reads something like **.***.***.***.dsl.****.sbcglobal.net

The words before Sbcglobal give out city and state for my IP. When I perform a complete router reboot, it may change the ip number, but it leaves the city and state.sbcglobal.net. Would this be a problem if I tried setting up ebay accounts using this current DSL? Better to switch to Dial up maybe?

I belive I heard rumors about AT&T DSL not being good for switching IP's because of this. Was asking just to make sure.
