Changing local IP address
 

Hi All I am starting my ebay stealth account however I've used my old IP address for a old suspended ebay account can you help me change my IP address with the easiest way possible thanks.

Use a VPN such as IP Burger and I suggest that you close that account using your old ip address and start a new one using a VPN and following the stealth book guide.

Yes however they suggest to not use vpn up until the first sale- so is there any other way?

Not sure if I read your post correctly but what I gather you stated you setup a stealth account using your old ip which was linked to your previous suspended account if that’s the case your new stealth account may be linked and likely to get suspended in due course if that’s not the case then I suggest using mobile tethering to start of with.

no I actually just bought the stealth account so it hasnt even been started yet..

Well in that case I’d go with a mobile hotspot make sure you’ve never used this mobile hotspot previously with the suspended eBay/PayPal account and you should be fine to go.

Personally I would use the mobile hotspot for a month whilst listing items and then after a month I would invest in a Fresh VPN preferably with ipburger and continue with with selling.

So why did you say that you used your old IP address unless you logged in to look to see if you have the promised item and sales limit.

If that is the case use a fresh ip from iPburger and do it before the first sale, who ever is giving that advice is wrong and can lead to a suspended account.
