Big company - will external IP link accounts?
 

So I work at a place with over 1000 employees and there's one outbound internet network pipe. Whenever I check, my computer always has the same IP (external IP). Even my cell phone has the same IP as my computer when I'm on the office WIFI network.
My question is, if more than one person at my company uses ebay, will they get linked because they all use the same IP, or can ebay tell the IP is from a major internet provider and not a home user?
Obviously each computer has it's own browsing history and cookies etc, but the external IP address is the same.
I'm afraid to use my personal ebay/paypal accounts at work because of this.

same IP along is not enough to link, but enough similarities between accounts can definitely get you linked

play it safe and get your own dedicated IP
