hi, i am creating a new ebay account with new ip via usb thetring where it places me in a city 800km from my real home, during the data registration phase, i can always choose my real city or i must enter the city where does the ip place me? other question, the name and surname I did not enter mine because I was banned, I entered the name of my girlfriend, now as an address, can I enter my house? problem because the data do not match .what do you recommend? Thank you

which coumtry is the account you are trying to create? Italian or other?

Leave your girlfreind data away from this, made up some name on an existing address.

distance of IP from where you live is not really important but has to be in the same country.
