if I buy a stealth account what will ebay do when the ip changes? I plan on getting one from ipburger but will they be suspicious and limit my account. Has anyone had experience with this?

Everyone who's bought an account here has done the same thing without issues. It's not a big deal.

If the seller includes a browser with the account, just make sure you use that browser as you're starting off so the cookies the account seller made will be in place.

Before you start any selling activity prime the account by using the new IP and new device youre using for the account and building a history for it on both ebay and paypal. Login to both on the new device with the new IP and browse around. Do this for several days.
That should reduce the risk of using this new IP and new device.
