Naturally you're going to get recommended to use ipburger since the admins of this site run it.

I haven't had any issues really with it these past few years anyways so you should use it

If you're in the UK a vpn should be your last option for simply running a stealth account.

You should use mobile data.

I agree with just_smile, in the UK there is no need for VPN, either use mobile mifi or a residential broadband service with dynamic IP, both will go unchallenged.

Yeah but what when my account gets suspended what am I supposed to do? I can’t get monthly contract it cost too much.

A mobile broadband dongle can be used across multiple accounts due to the available IP pool being so large.

As per the above advice, you don't need to use a VPN. Stick with mobile broadband.
