eBay Creation plz help

Hi guys. Just a quick question plz Can I top up my 3G SIM card to create stealth eBay accounts?

I recently been using ipburger vpn to create my accounts and when it comes to selling after waiting 2 weeks they suspend me and it’s very likely they will lift it off.

Not sure about proxies and or tethering.

You can use any IP provider as long as the IP is fresh, topping up your 3G will work fine
