Ipburger VS whatismyip with regards to location
 
When I use Ipburger sometimes my ip says I'm in San Jose, and at the same time it says I'm in Fresno, CA, about 150 miles away from San Jose, which one is it?

I don't use whatismyip for a lot of reasons.
I only use whoer.net and ip2location.com for checking my IPs.
Also to add: if you wanted to check the quality of your IPs, please go here: http://getipintel.net/

I like using Iplocation.net and going with the location that is most common
