after configure IP and check with whatleaks.com, I got
"Proxies are detected in your connection"
if any solution to fix it?

Don’t use a proxy or if you do, set the system up better / go for a better provider

I was told the Residential Static IPs are always be checked as Proxy, so Residential Static IPs are not good option, right?

whatleaks.com will be measuring the round-trip time between the site and your browser. If the round trips are not the same then they know it's a proxy.

The only solution is to not use a proxy.

The only way to fix it is by not using a VPN.

A VPN uses proxy servers to change your IP/location.

Yeah. I also checked VPS before. Just one RDP port opened, the rest is fine. Same time VPN shows more opened ports and proxies detected.

If you opened RDP service, you will got this red, or you use other remote methods, not RDP, TeamViewer, AnyplaceControl, VNC.

Residential RDP's. Change the default RDP port 3389 to another port.

Any open ports aren't good because these can be used to establish remote connections and are therefore looked upon unfavorably by PayPal and eBay. Port 3389 is especially frowned upon.

All that said, even a residential RDP with port 3389 open is better than a VPN.

I'm still working on tweaking residential RDP's because there are other ways for eBay and PayPal to detect remote connections other than scanning for open ports.

I use my domestic IP. No VPN, no proxies so how do I get rid of this?

I had to laugh when I first came here and seen you guys using VPN's and user profiles, VCC's, etc, etc to create weak accounts.

I also seen that, at least up till recently these weak accounts seem to work relatively fine. It makes me a lot more optimistic of my chances.

I won't be starting with $5 dollar listings though, I'll be hitting the ground running and maxing out my limits in my first month......on a strong account of course:)

EDIT: Sorry, I forgot to answer your question: If you're hiding behind anything like proxies, VPN, RDP, etc you'll be seen by eBay/PayPal in an unfavorable light, because it looks like an attempt to hide your IP, dodgy activity is associated with proxies, VPN's, RDP's etc. Port 3389 is the default port for RDP. It's one of a few ways eBay/PayPal detect RDP's.

Just tested IP Burger with whatleaks and it passes with flying colors, no proxies detected.

I disagree with the comment that VPN's are considered dodgy with eBay, more and more people are using them for internet security and they ar being a common place item.

It is the quality of the VPN that matters, if you go for cheap or free ones then you stand the risk that the ip address has been used on ebay previously and has been released by that user and it was recirculated.

I think the best way is phone tethering as many people use a tablet and use their cell phone as a hotspot.
