What type of VPN I need ?

Hello,
up to now I've been using Ip burger for VPNs and all is perfect . The problem is that they do not provide VPN for my country .
I found on 24 VC support for my areal , but they have only Guaranteed Fresh IP , not dedicated .
My question is that working for me and what is the difference between both plans .

Mobile internet give you a fresh IP everytime you connect, surely?

So how I'm gonna use mobile internet . The Stealth point is to be fresh and dedicated IP .
MY mobile every time will connect me with different IP .

As long as you're in the same subnet. You're good.

It's normal to have a different IP, and this won't cause any issues. If that's an issue with ebay/paypal, then all of our accounts will be suspended.

Try to avoid overlapping IP across accounts even though as StealthLannister stated, it's normal to have different IPs

My Windows 10 is not legit . Do you think this can be a problem? I have about 20 PCs all with the same Windows and most of the accounts there a gone .

That's not an issue. And there must be something that linked your accounts,since you've mentioned they were all suspended?

I followed the stealth guide and create new accounts - New IPs ,new computers , phone cards , names , addresses . Ebay delete my profiles a minute after make the registrations.

I use static IP's . Cannot be guaranteed they are 100% fresh .
Yesterday I got Fresh VPN IP from 24VC and happened the same , got " no longer register user " status in minutes .

Do not use VPNs when creating accounts. Use Real IPs instead.
When your accounts are already established, you can get then shift to using the datacenter IPs (VPN IPs).

So many options out there, but unless it's a residential IP you're better off hotspotting you phone.
