Neither

your own computer with a hotspot is your best bet in the US

if you're outside the US, vmware/virtual box custom made unique with a solid VPN provider such as 24vc or IPBurger

I myself would advise going with a new windows user account.
Done it that way for years with no issues.

I prefer the VPS+ Residential IP Set-up. It is much cheaper option for me. Either way works just the same.

TCP/IP fingerprint and user agent will be a mismatch. You can see it on browserleaks.com

Not a huge red flag, but still a red flag.

Where are you getting your Residential IP's from and VPS, may I ask?

I'll assume your getting your IP's from IPBurger, what about your VPS?

I use residential mobile IP's and of course I can't fuking get anything to match.

Then you need to configure it right mate.
It's all about the set-up.

I can't see what the residential IP's will be until I buy em. I only know it's a mobile and the location.

OS and Browser could be anything.

Post Re: VPS+Residential IP vs Multilogin + Residential IP

I need explanation on this

I purchase Fresh IP from IPBurger, the server is located for example in US

And I am not located in US nor my eBay and PayPal account, wouldn't that be

suspicions, or there is a way to combine it all?

You need to use US address and all information to create your account. Use same name and address for both ebay and paypal.

At the beginning you can verify your account using VCC but when you grow further you'll need to provide document like utility bill or bank statements.

A phone number also will be needed (which may get from online number providers).

Finally you'll need to add a bank account (BOA as an example, you can open from your country through payoneer. I have added mine).

Done.

Hi it might be the correct post to ask this question, but I will try anyway.
What is a good VCC and how do I deal with billing address and name on card?
Thanks

Not really the right post. https://www.aspkin.com/forums/credit-card-alternatives/

But a business bank account can usually get VCC's like Stripe Issuing, Brex, etc. Or Chase you can get real cards for employees and usually even better. No SSN needed.

Try going to creditcards.com, buy a visa or mastercard credit card from them, you can fill in the name and address that you want registered to. It works with PayPal and the good thing is that the cost is less than buying VCC's on here. I think the cost is about $5-7 and the balance from the card is yours to spend. It is very fast to set up and start going.
