Semi-Private Ip Address Question

Hello!
I wanted to ask if I can use ip address that was used to log into paypal account (however the ip address want not used to register a paypal account!) can be used to register new account. As I said, I never used it to register another account, just made hotspot for my friend so he can log into his paypal accout (it was like 2 months ago).

If its a known IP that you've used before on any PayPal account, its not recommended to re-use it, could cause issues

yes but its already 2 months , i think its long enough , but there is no guarantees
