Residential IP and paypal
 

So basically the Ip changes everytime I restart the modem right?
Will every single time be a different ip? Or will there be times it'll repeat the same ip?
Ips are limited right? So arent ip reused? Like IP from another house will be reused and sent to me after they restart their modem, wont it link my and their paypal like this?

Is it safe to use rotating backconnect residential proxy? As they change everytime and wont they repeat? Wont they link other ppls acc with mine since we all rotating the same pool of resi proxy?

To my knowledge i think static IP is better. Using a rotating IP is not too good for account

So using the ipburger residential plan is not recommended with Paypal?

agreed.. go with static

ipburger offers fresh VPN IPs that will not change

don't recommend rotating IPs for operating ebay/paypal/amazon as it will constantly be changing your location and could trigger security issues

Simplest an easy fix one router per eBay account that's what I do no vpn no other things like that.. My set up is a cable modem, Then I enable bridge mode then I use whatever riders I want. For every eBay account each account has a router. It always gives me the same ip address and each router has a different Mac address. You can buy routers very cheap as low as $10. I usually buy them at goodwill for about $3 each.

yes , those residential rotating ip's is not intended for your every day us for paypal or e-bay , those are for internet scraping or accounts creating only

sounds good , but how can you connect to the same connection and same isp account on multiple routers at the same time
