IP & ebay question?

when using a different user account for my stealth account, do i have to change my ip address every time i log out of ebay or only when i log off that user account?

Why do I keep seeing this question pop up?

You change your IP address ONLY when you're going to log into a DIFFERENT eBay / PayPal account.

That's it.
