IPBURGER - Isp DNS leak, Blocked from websites for being a bot, everything russian?

Recently bought a fresh dedicated ip from IPburger,
having a few issues though -

Everything is in russian on youtube/google etc
Using softether my ISP dns leaks, browser proxy extension fixes this but is it better? doileak throws more caution using the extension
Im being blocked from websites completely that use bot protection + google keeps making me do robot quizes

Are these common issues?

Use residential proxies.

Sine sites will recognise ipburger as a proxy vpn abs have measured in place to stop you accessing the website, residential unique ips are good, think Aspkin now has them
