Can I get a banned member's old IP address?
 

I am in the process of starting everything over from scratch. I'm dropping all my old accounts & email addresses across the board & starting fresh.

I have a couple questions: Is it possible to change my IP address & get a new IP that some other banned member had already used?

If I change my IP address or get a VPN am I totally safe? Is it a completely new number just for me that nobody else has ever used?

Many vpn providers are not very trustworthy, that's why I use IPburger.

1. When you create an account, you'll need their residential IP.
2. Then the following month you can switch to their fresh and dedicated IP.
This is guaranteed that no one ever used the IP before.

Most VPNs are just reusing the same IPs, which is why we consider them to not be safe

Using SaiJin's method is the way to go as IPburger is one of the few places with fresh IPs

I was hoping I could simply change my Spectrum IP & not have to pay a monthly fee. I just want to sell a few things around the house on ebay but I'm not planning to go full into selling as a business or full time job.
