Using 4g on mobile app for single stealth account

Hello everyone, I've got a noob question

Is it possible for me to just use my 4g network on the ebay mobile app for my single stealth account, bearing in mind I have used ebay mobile previously. Would this get me blocked?

You can use the device as your source of internet by turning on the hotspot mode on it. You can connect your PC to the device that way and use any browser to work on ebay.
You cannot use the app on the phone directly - that will get you linked.
