IPBurger Fresh IP Enough?

Hey. I bought an ebay account from the marketplace. Is getting an IPBurger Fresh UK IP address enough to not set off alarms? I used NordVPN before and got banned. This account already has an item listed so not completely new.

Fresh system or user account + fresh new IP and you should be good to go
