Proxy question
 

I know people always say dedicated vpn's are the way but from personal experience paypal doesn't like the data center IP's they provide.

Has anyone had a better experience experimenting between mobile provider proxies like verizon and sprint vs regular ones like comcast or cox?

all the mobile providers should be good, some will have smaller IP ranges and coverage depending on your area, you'll need to get a couple to test yourself

My amazon business is way too precious to me, I'm sticking with ipburger residential IP. Not going to risk some typical hotspot that everyone else is using.

I disagree mobile hot spots are the way to go, all cell phone providers go through about 4 companies, Verizon being the biggest and best, Spectrum, Trac phone and others all go through Verizon.

Residential IP's put you in a location, but the provider of the IP address can still be identified as a V P N company.

If you do not want to use a mobile hotspot then VPS is what I would use, ran 2 accounts on them for years with no trouble.
