MC 113 Help

Hello,I try to Do new business account Pay pal and ebay, I Use Phone,Uk Sim card (EE) Hotspot,New PC,Address,Phone Number,New Bank account,Ip New and after 30 min I got Information from Ebay MC113,What I did wrong ? for example I Did Account In Nord VPN and I got Block (MC113) after 24 hours ? It was Fault Ip ? Any Idea what am doing wroing ? Please help,thank you :)!!

MC113 is generic. You can try ask them if you got linked to an old accont, just tell the agent you might have had an od account with unpaid fees and they will find it for you. Obv dont pay the fees, but it will show you that you fked up sommewhere and gogt linkedd
