Best setup for VAs

What's the best Stealth setup to use when working with virtual assistants in other countries?

I'm thinking of Windows VPS + residential IP + spoofed brower. I'm not sure if the residential IP and spoofed browsers are a must.

Someone that has another way? I'm also open for recommendations on which VPS providers to use.

If you trust the VA, you could setup teamviewer or anydesk

that way they don't need to mess around with the system setup
